I had a great experience with Brad. I bought 2 properties from him and everything went smoothly. He followed through with everything he said he would and the process was easy peasy! If you're looking into to buying one of his properties or just working with him on any deal, his character is 100% good for it. First I want to say THANK YOU BETSY!!!,I'm sorry it took so long to write this review...I was a scared. skeptical, never done something like this before , friends saying be careful and 20 million questions gal.... Betsy was very forth coming with written answers, links, documentation and pics. We went back and forth for. Several days in emails and she was very quick respond .... She never left me sitting idle and very reassuring through the whole process .... It was Way easier than I ever thought it could be, from start to finish in the purchase contact process .... I chose the owner financing over period of time which for me is the best option right now. I've been looking for vacant land for some time now. I have become quite familiar with parcel sizes and prices in the area I am interested in. Marc provided me with a lot larger than most in the area and at a fraction of the price. The downpayment and monthly payment are more affordable than my car financing! He was professional, responsive and communicative throughout the process. I would recommend Marc to anyone looking for land at great rates with great service. I can't wait to go camp on my new piece of land out in the wilderness. Thanks Marc!
