First I want to say THANK YOU BETSY!!!,I'm sorry it took so long to write this review...I was a scared. skeptical, never done something like this before , friends saying be careful and 20 million questions gal.... Betsy was very forth coming with written answers, links, documentation and pics. We went back and forth for. Several days in emails and she was very quick respond .... She never left me sitting idle and very reassuring through the whole process .... It was Way easier than I ever thought it could be, from start to finish in the purchase contact process .... I chose the owner financing over period of time which for me is the best option right now.
