Lots of Goodness was formed in 2023. The name was inspired by the thought of bringing countless land dreamers, opportunities to have lots of goodness in their lives through land ownership made possible through very little down, no credit checks, and no banks involved. Heck, you can even make payments with credit cards! We thought it was a cool phrase and a clever play on words, so we used it in our company name. We want to spread the goodness for all who desire to own land, but have no idea how to make it happen. Our goal is to help people fulfill their dreams of owning land by providing a way to do so through owner finance. The company's initials are LOG and therefore, our motto is: "Stop being a bump on a LOG and go get lots of goodness NOW!" Well, actually, as cool as that sounds, that's not really officially our motto, but seriously, what is stopping you? Call TODAY!
