About Open Air Properties LLC



Hello!  My name is Stephanie Dean and I am a nature lover.  I love to be near water and trees and away from big city life with the crazy traffic and too many buildings.  When my husband and I started our land investment business, we chose to purchase properties that would represent properties where we would want to live ourselves.

I am a lifelong advocate for equity and access.  I love that I am able to offer access to everyone to own land at an affordable price on easy monthly payments.  All are welcome!  

I love trees and lakes, and my husband and I walk our dog every day in this environment.  We go towards hiking in the mountains instead of beaches on vacations.  Therefore, I started in Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas where trees and lakes are plentiful in the foothills of the Ozark Mountains.  Several of my favorite trips with my husband of 30 years were of hiking in Arizona, Colorado, and Nevada, so I have bought properties in Arizona and Colorado too.
