I grew up in a small farming community in mid-central Illinois. After college I dedicated my adult life to national security and the protection of this great nation. After 23 years of active service, I retired from the U.S. Marine Corps. I never owned land, or homes, or properties while I served, but I always felt it was one of the greatest tangible achievements one could aspire too. Thus, the creation of Terra Tracts Properties.
I created Terra Tracts Properties because I believe there is no great endeavor than owning property! As Mark Twain said, "Buy land, they are not making it anymore." No truer words have been spoken, which makes every single parcel of land on the face of this earth special...special in its own right. My hope is to share my passion of landownership with others looking for similar happiness, dreams or just something special to call their own.
