As a first time land buyer, I had a great experience purchasing land from Ashbrook. Communication was excellent and I could always reach them if I had any questions or concerns. Rachel was great to work with and she is always able to explain things in a clear and understandable way. Also, I received timely updates and announcements from the land owner's association, such as resident meetings and activities, changes to policies, etc, and I appreciate that.I felt they went above and beyond in making my land purchase an easy and stress free experience.

Bob and Rachel are the best ever. I am a first time buyer and I was nervous and afraid with all the bad things (scams) going on these days. It was a great pleasure working with Rachel and Bob.
