As a first time land buyer, I had a great experience purchasing land from Ashbrook. Communication was excellent and I could always reach them if I had any questions or concerns. Rachel was great to work with and she is always able to explain things in a clear and understandable way. Also, I received timely updates and announcements from the land owner's association, such as resident meetings and activities, changes to policies, etc, and I appreciate that.I felt they went above and beyond in making my land purchase an easy and stress free experience.

It was a great pleasure working with Rachel and Bob. This was my first purchase of property and from start to finish they were very honest and transparent about their listing price and reasons for their offer and their thought process.
