It was a great pleasure working with Rachel and Bob. This was my first purchase of property and from start to finish they were very honest and transparent about their listing price and reasons for their offer and their thought process. They quickly answered any questions with a lot of detail, and have been thoroughly supportive. I felt a connection in our email exchanges which made me feel confident in moving forward with a purchase. The entire transaction process was super swift and smooth and I verified with the county clerk office that the parcel was indeed titled to Ashbrook Land Company, adding an additional sense of reassurance with the entire process. As a first time land buyer, I had a great experience purchasing land from Ashbrook. Communication was excellent and I could always reach them if I had any questions or concerns. Rachel was great to work with and she is always able to explain things in a clear and understandable way. Also, I received timely updates and announcements from the land owner's association, such as resident meetings and activities, changes to policies, etc, and I appreciate that.I felt they went above and beyond in making my land purchase an easy and stress free experience.

Bob and Rachel are the best ever. I am a first time buyer and I was nervous and afraid with all the bad things (scams) going on these days. Bob and Rachel took the time to make me feel comfortable with the transaction. They answered every question and backed it up with proof that I had with no problem. I really appreciate them so much.
