First time land owner, rented all my life, my mom rented to her last day, as well. I kind of bounced around for the past 13 yrs, wanted to make a change. The Realtors here were so helpful and flexible, also understanding that I was a novice. I did have a couple hiccups that were my fault, but they were right on it and fixed it, without issue. They did forget to tell me that I can't be on the land until it's mine, but we got it settled. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for property.

I was immediately interested in the Ashe county parcels I found. Even more exciting was finding out that they were within my reach and budget with Grounded Properties owner financing.Karen was fantastic helping me understand the details about the land and the process.I can't wait to begin painting my version of heaven on this canvas!Thanks Grounded team, for all your help, patience, and communication.

The whole process from start to finish was done with ease. The staff was exceptional. The complete transaction was completed within 2 weeks and we received payment exactly when promised. Over all experience with W E H LLC was great.
