I never would have believed that buying a property could be so easy! Sathya is a natural. She was the most reliable and responsive broker I have ever had the pleasure to work with. She quickly and attentively gained all of the information from me about what I wanted and needed in my getaway property and made it happen almost effortlessly! Having a fantastic selection of properties available helped a lot as well. I opted to pay in full but the terms offered were very fair and might be the way I go on the next one! ( yes, I am now excited about acquiring another!) I have ZERO reservations about completely endorsing this professional and look forward to seeing what she can find for me and my friends next. My wife and I were looking for land to prepare for our golden years. We needed property which would fit her ailments. After speaking with Sid, he answered our concerns about Arizona land explaining the differences in the elevations around Phoenix and the property he presented to us. He also explained the HOAs, POAs, and the properties which truly were free from all of that. He was very informative and easy to work with. Also, and most important, he is so very honest. We put in our request on our property literally the day he looked at the area and saw the values had went up. The next day his prices did increase to match the market, but he kept ours at the original value because of the timing of our request. He honored the original posting with absolutely no complaints or trying to get the higher rates. This young man's values is getting rarer and rarer to find.

My friend and myself were so Leary and scams going on and Mark was so transparent you either believe or you don’t. His not being bugged by 152 questions was so great. His love for his dog hands down was a plus. I hope Hazel gets a “pardon the pun” a bird dog! He didn’t mind sending us stuff and going over different projects he had going on. I definitely be forwarding his info and look forward to purchasing future properties from him. The deals are always basically you’d be dumb to pass up. Ty again Mark Awesomeness Render and his sidekick Hazel.
