This discrepancy raises concerns about the legitimacy of the listings on Landmodo. I recommend verifying ownership and availability directly before making any commitments. Don't Believe me? After being in a situation in Florida from severe hurricanes we came to New Mexico with nothing. Found Mark Render on marketplace. Wasn't sure how this was going to work with so many scams out there but Mark was prepared for every Question and had every answer. Paperwork at the ready. He so blessed my wife and I. I began business with Pepperland Group following the sale of my contract to purchase a parcel of land. What is most commendable about Pepperland is their agent Jessica. Especially her punctuality responding to my questions or concerns. Jessica communicated what to expect throught the process of noterizing and finalizing the warranty deed with the county. Pepperland group did well to go above and beyond. Staying in contact with me until the county website reflected my new ownership of opportunity. The same opportunity of ownership future clients and customers can come to expect from Pepperland Group.
