I recently purchased land in Putnam County, Florida from AOK land and Jeff Dettmer. Jeff was easy to work with, and I have become aware that he is one of the leaders in the raw land industry. Speaking with the owner of this land company really put my mind at ease. He answered all my questions patiently and was knowledgeable so I didn't feel rushed or obligated. We agreed on a payment plan and later when I expressed an interest in paying off my property sooner he gave me a great deal on a payoff amount saving me lots of money.

I have bought several properties from AOK Land. Couldn't ask for a better person to buy land from. Jeff was great and gave me great terms I could afford.
