First time land owner, rented all my life, my mom rented to her last day, as well. I kind of bounced around for the past 13 yrs, wanted to make a change. The Realtors here were so helpful and flexible, also understanding that I was a novice. I did have a couple hiccups that were my fault, but they were right on it and fixed it, without issue. They did forget to tell me that I can't be on the land until it's mine, but we got it settled. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for property.
