My experience with Green PAstures was smooth, transparent and at every step I felt they were listening to my concerns and answering questions. At first I was concerned about doing a land deal over the internet, but by the end of the process, I had a very different perspective. I actually wound up doing two deals with them. Phenomenal customer service!

It was a great pleasure working with Rachel and Bob. This was my first purchase of property and from start to finish they were very honest and transparent about their listing price and reasons for their offer and their thought process. They quickly answered any questions with a lot of detail, and have been thoroughly supportive. I felt a connection in our email exchanges which made me feel confident in moving forward with a purchase. The entire transaction process was super swift and smooth and I verified with the county clerk office that the parcel was indeed titled to Ashbrook Land Company, adding an additional sense of reassurance with the entire process. We weren't really sure about buying online from someone we never met. I've heard stories of people losing their money to these kinds of sales. However, James made the process very simple. He explained everything to us and got us started way back in the fall. Now, almost spring time and we payed the property off and he was great about communication and following through with everything he promised. The contract was fulfilled in entirety. This is my first patch of land that I purchased. I'm a real person, having to deal with COVID, rising gas prices, vehicle shortage, food shortage and life in general. The process of owning a patch of land, that I could one day call my own, has been a dream for quite some time. Being in my late 20s, I made it a goal when I turned 21 that I would do something for the generations to come. Heidi and Dan both took such great care of me, teaching me what they know, remaining transparent and are worthy people to get in touch with. I actively serve as a U.S Marine so being alone and unafraid in the middle of nowhere is regular to me and my family hence why I reached out and was blessed with such great company. My honest opinion under God's supervision: People like Heidi and Dan are truly hard to come across, so cherish them and reach out for your land aspirations ????#Blessings
