Bob and Rachel are the best ever. I am a first time buyer and I was nervous and afraid with all the bad things (scams) going on these days. Bob and Rachel took the time to make me feel comfortable with the transaction. They answered every question and backed it up with proof that I had with no problem. I really appreciate them so much. I've been looking at a few of Chris' listings and finally decided to pull the plug. I had spoken with him over the phone, and even with his baby laughing and crying in the background, he was willing and able to help answer my questions, some of which were not really 'important'.
