This was my first time purchasing land and I came across one of Jeff’s listings. When talking with him, based on our conversation he suggested another listing that would better fit my use for the property. Not only was his communication very easy, within a few hours of speaking with him I was now an official land owner! We were nervous and skeptical to go through an 'owner carry' property loan journey and we are new to investing in property. So clear, upfront and professional that we felt the nervousness and skepticism completely go away! Caleb is great! He is very personable and so easy to work with. It feels more like a friendship than a business relationship. Once this land is paid off, I will be looking to buy another one from Mr. Crosmun. I truly appreciate that I can call and ask a million questions and never feel like I am wasting his time. As a first time land buyer, I had a great experience purchasing land from Ashbrook. Communication was excellent and I could always reach them if I had any questions or concerns. Rachel was great to work with and she is always able to explain things in a clear and understandable way. Also, I received timely updates and announcements from the land owner's association, such as resident meetings and activities, changes to policies, etc, and I appreciate that.I felt they went above and beyond in making my land purchase an easy and stress free experience.
