Hey!

My name is Trevor Joseph and I am the owner of HappyLand USA.

Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY I was privy to see both sides of the fence. My father, being an immigrant with little education, worked extremely hard to build himself and his family eventually being able to own his first property in his 50's, ultimately creating generational wealth for his grandchildren and theirs to come.

My Mother, college educated and American born, provided my siblings and I with all the things children would want - games, sneakers, latest trends, you name it, we sure had it, but traded her time with us, in order to provide for us.

Growing up, I only seen people work hard for financial freedom, yet still weren't free. Tied by mortgages, student loans & other debts, I knew I wanted something different for myself.

Inspired by my father, I entered into the hustle and bustle of New York real estate and whew, what a ride!

I quickly realized the constant cold calling, dead-end viewings, undervaluing sellers & overcharging eager renters wasn't my calling, so I switched gears!

New Mission?

Glad you asked! My life's mission is to help the average person own real estate at affordable cost. Simple.
