Rocking W Holdings, LLC, is in the business of buying and selling raw land. Hi, we are owners Jeff and Sally Wilson. We live in Missouri and started this business in January 2020. We were looking to start a side hustle that in the long run would give us time freedom and financial freedom.  Sally is a pharmacist at a local pharmacy and Jeff own’s a drug-testing company. We have a small acreage homestead with goats, chickens, cats, dogs and a garden; our three children are grown and on their own.

We offer owner financing with no bank or credit check needed. A client can either pay the full purchase price of the property or pay on monthly terms. The terms vary depending on the cash price of the property. No hassle cash or terms. We can even be somewhat flexible on the terms. 

We also offer our owner-financing clients 90-Day Buyer’s Remorse Protection. If for some reason during the first 90 days of your terms purchase you change your mind. We refund your down payment and any monthly payments made within the 90 day window. The Doc Fee is non-refundable as that is the base cost of preparing all the paperwork and handling the financing.

If you visit one of our properties be prepared to take photos of the property and the views from the property. If you send us those photos, the first time you purchase property from us we’ll give a $25 discount off the Doc Fee, This discount is for any property not just the property you took photos of.
