Serious buyer beware! I entered into a purchase agreement with New Millennium Strategic Partners LLC for land in Costilla County, Colorado, only to later discover that they did not legally own the property at the time of sale. They misrepresented their authority to sell and failed to disclose that they were still making payments to the actual landowner, Everland Equity LLC. When confronted, they refused to issue a refund or provide legal documentation proving their right to sell.I have since filed formal complaints with the Colorado Attorney General’s Office, the FTC, the Costilla County Recorder’s Office, and my financial institutions. If you are considering doing business with them, do extensive due diligence first. I strongly recommend avoiding this company unless you want to risk financial loss.
