I grew up spending time on the land that my grandparents acquired in the 1920s. Honestly, I didn't really realize until recently how lucky I was to have that experience. Watching my own kids enjoy that open, unadulterated, raw land like I did when I was a kid gave me this realization. Given that, I decided to make a jump from my healthcare career into the land business. I want to help other people find that special piece of land where they can get away and do what they love.

I spoke with Jeff who told me the good, bad, and ugly about the land I was interested in. I ended up not buying the parcel I asked about, but a different one (for less!) that had better access than the one I asked about. He was honest and straight forward. When I asked about getting a survey, he even offered to finance that!
