My name is Frank Lettiere and I'm the owner of LET Capital. I created this company because I realized there is a tremendous opportunity to connect people with land. There is more raw land in the US than most people know. However, the infrastructure doesn't exist to easily buy and sell it. Unlike the residential housing market, there is not a surplus of brokers that would gladly work with you on either side of the transaction.
This is where LET Capital comes in. My background is primarily in finance and operations. I spent 10 years trading commodities on the floor of the Chicago Board of Trade, so I have a wealth of experience in working with buyers and sellers to find the right prices for different commodities. And that's exactly what land is...one of the first commodities on Earth.
