We are Kat and Joe Petit and Land Generations is our family-owned and operated business located in Nashville, TN. We have 7 children, 5 boys and 2 beautiful girls. We love God, we love America and we love people! Getting to know you and your dreams for land ownership is a pleasure and a privilege. We believe it is the people of America that make this country great and not the elites.
