J&E Homestead (for Joseph and Elynell) was founded on the concept of making the connection between buyers and sellers of raw vacant land. We found land can be a tricky asset to work with and many sellers don’t like the hassle of putting their property on market and waiting 6 months to 2 years to sell it. Everyone who owns property knows the hassle of agents and title can bring to a closing. Thats why we do our own research, buy outright for CASH and close in as fast as two weeks! Whether there are back taxes, logistic issues, or just don’t want to deal with an unwanted property anymore, we are here to make it easy.

Additionally, on other end, many buyers want a little help with finding and sometimes financing these wonderful properties. Banks aren’t as receptive (if at all) to land buyers and we know how that can dampen anyone’s property ownership dreams.
