Speaking with the owner of this land company really put my mind at ease. He answered all my questions patiently and was knowledgeable so I didn't feel rushed or obligated. We agreed on a payment plan and later when I expressed an interest in paying off my property sooner he gave me a great deal on a payoff amount saving me lots of money.

I have bought several properties from AOK Land. Couldn't ask for a better person to buy land from. Jeff was great and gave me great terms I could afford.
