Mark makes it easy to buy land. Good prices, good loan terms. As always, do your due diligence with land purchases! Only thing that would make it easier perhaps would be to provide an option for title insurance (can still be purchased on your own but would give a little more peace of mind to land purchases).

This was my first time purchasing land. I had been thinking about it for years but never found anyone who seemed interested enough to take the time to help me through the process until I found Sathya. She took a lot of time to answer my questions via email, have phone calls with me, and send me multiple properties to look at. She was so patient, personable and genuine. Buying land can be exciting, and confusing. Josh has a great understanding of the business and put me right at ease. I love his sense of humor- it makes everything easier to bear. Good, Fast, and Explained everything. I didn't like paying the interest to the third party for the payment, but the realtor was good, he sorted made up for it. (Better then dealing with the Bank.)
