Getting straight to the point, after establishing communications with Thomas through Landmodo my initial purchasing of selected land has been nothing but the most pleasant and wonderful experience.The process has been so simple I felt as if something was missing throughout. My fears diminished after understanding the process when Thomas and his team delivered communications either via, posted textual information, direct messaging or video links as to how the fees paid up front enables Tate Land Company to accomplish all the leg work on the buyer’s behalf with documents and county transactions.Any questions, issues or concerns I’ve presented to Thomas and his team were quickly or within reasonable time addressed.On a personal note, I felt the prices and zero interest rate with Tate Land Company were extremely fair. I highly recommend this company to everyone including my family, friends and military veteran community.

LTR Land was such a pleasure to work with. They were responsive, knowledgeable and reliable. They took the time to work through the details, and was very communicative along the way. When everything was set, transaction completed quickly and seamlessly. I would absolutely work with LTR Land again and recommend them to anyone.

So, i found him on fb marletplace. I originally was tryna get a 6.6 acre land but in the end ended up getting a little more. He helped me through ebery step and made sure i was actually followint through. He made sure that this is what i wanted, nd for that i say thank you. At first i thought it was a scam, but i decided to stick to my guns nd it payed off. Hes a genuin guy sellin cheap ass properties. Yall can trust em, hes helpful and great.

HCL Holdings is a great place to buy land. They had land in my chosen area at a fair price. Sid's communication is exemplary. I have asked every question that can be asked and Sid always answers. HCL is a family business and I wish them well in their land sales. They are honest, not scammers. Very refreshing these days.
