Heidi and Dan were amazing people to work with. They walked me through the process for my first time buying land in Arizona. They explained everything to me in great detail and made it easy to understand. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to purchase land.

Nunn Land Sales LLC was an excellent company to do business with! Nicole worked very hard, answering and responding to calls/messages long after normal business hours, and they worked with me to break up the payments to suit my needs without any questions. As of now, I have purchased two one acre lots from these guys and have completed the sales, so I can speak about the full process from start to finish and highly recommend buying your first property from them! We will be buying again from them for sure!

I've always had a dream to own a piece of land I can call my own. But I was skeptical about online purchases. Thought I'd get scammed. Boy was I wrong!!! Sid Christianson answered all my questions and was very patient with me. He walked me through it step by step. And I can't thank him enough. I spent two days looking at land from another company and on the 3rd day I wanted to find more properties in the same area so I went on Land Modo and came across this Peppeland Group Property. Without notifying them I went to go see their land and liked it better than 6 others I had seen. I left a message for them to get it and they replied on a Saturday within 10 minutes. The payment was easy. Jessica Tran was helpful and pleasant and surprisingly she was interactive not only on Saturday late but even on Sunday Early and later. We concluded all needed contracts and information in an expedient 5-star service way.
