I have been looking at land now for approx 5 years, then when covid hit, it also hit my savings.I thought I would never have something to call my own. The hesitation and fear of being scammed was heavy on my head, but you only live once right? Jeff made this transaction the easiest transaction I have EVER made. I am currently hearing impaired with a mean double ear infection, and Jeff helped me get through the transaction smoothly. Thank you Jeff, for helping me achieve my dream of owning land. I am excited to head there after the snow is gone to map out my dream!!!

I Do recommend selling With Yolo Lands LLC. The process was very simplified. Patrick is responsive to every question. And the entire process was quick and efficient. Jeff has allowed us to access the asset of land with NO CREDIT CHECK! This was important for us because we are not interested in playing the credit game. I was able to find a property and INSTANTLY buy. I love the affordable payment plans. We now own DEBT FREE LAND! Jeff and his process is smooth and easy! My land sale with Wallaby Equity holdings went very smooth. They kept me informed and helped with the process from start to finish. My husband and I have been looking into buying land but never knew what steps to take first until we spoke with Beatriz Venezuela from WeSellLand who made it super convenient. I’m always skeptical buying from sites I don’t know about, but these guys were amazing and had great communication. I think that helped a lot in me feeling comfortable moving forward with buying one of their lots in Arizona. I will definitely tell me friends and family and be back for another piece of land soon!
