There's a guy with s***** credit wants divorced and living paycheck to paycheck for the most part up until recently this process was extremely simple. Market streamlined it made it totally affordable for any budget he's very clear about his intentions and any rules and transparency was what attracted me the most. The process always intimidated me with lawyers and paperwork and all that but it could have been easier he's even got the payment link set up for you. If I ever have another purchase it would definitely be through these guys five stars two thumbs up would definitely recommend to anybody. Made a customer for life

Mr. Christensen was and is very easy to get along and communicatewith. We had a few laughs. He was all to willing to answer questions, lots of questions. He even had patients with me as I went through the contract, which he did not mind at all. The process was simple, not a whole lot of paper work. He was upfront about all cost which I very much appreciated.

My wife and I have searched for many years for the perfect parcel in central Oregon. On our hunt, we happened upon Derek’s property’s. We were pleasantly surprised to learn that he had many parcels, and we quickly found the one for us. His website is easy to use, and the YouTube property tours are extremely helpful and fun. Derek was also great throughout the process. He is helpful and knowledgeable. This was definitely the easiest property purchase we’ve ever made.

Speaking with the owner of this land company really put my mind at ease. He answered all my questions patiently and was knowledgeable so I didn't feel rushed or obligated. We agreed on a payment plan and later when I expressed an interest in paying off my property sooner he gave me a great deal on a payoff amount saving me lots of money.

First off, I was out of my element to say the least, not knowing a lot about how buying property in different parts of the country.
