For starters, let me explain that this property is only for two types of buyers: 1) An investor who sees the potential in the explosive growth going on west of Daytona Beach in Volusia County who is looking for a buy and hold investment with very low taxes and 2) Someone familiar with the area and is interested in the hunting opportunities to be found in this area adjacent to the Tomoka Wildlife Management Area. While there are two Florida Statutes that guarantee legal access for landowners, physical access to this property (which does not have a road going to it) will be challenging. So... if you are not an investor and your idea of an outdoor adventure is driving the Prius to get a Frappuccino, this property is NOT for you. I have not been to the property personally and cannot give directions for access, but the most likely appears to be via Lafayette Landings Drive or possibly Blackwelder Road.
