• Upon your approval and signature of the documents, we will file them with the county on your behalf. A confirmation will be sent to you, and then everything is complete.

Financing:

• No credit or background checks.

• To purchase a property through owner financing, submit the down payment and Doc fee.  This holds your purchase and begins the process..

• You will receive an instant receipt. From there, we request the closing documents to be prepared. 

• Next, you will receive a contract to electronically sign. It is legally binding by both parties.  You will also receive a payment portal where you can log in, make monthly payments, check your balance, and schedule/make one-time payments if you desire.

NOTE: Construction on these lots requires a minimum of 0.75 acres, or three adjoining 0.25 acre lots, to drill a water well and install septic systems. Owning a single 0.25-acre lot limits you to camping (RV, tent, camper, etc.) for a maximum of 45 calendar days per year. For a cabin with no wheels, a composting toilet, or a water catchment system, you may seek approval from the Construction Industries Division of New Mexico (CID), although approval is at their discretion.
