This Off-Grid Oregon property is unique in that you can legitimately throw a rock from the western property line into the Fremont-Winema National Forest.
My favorite thing about this property are the amazing sunset views through the towering evergreen trees. Imagine sitting in a rocking chair on the back deck of a small cabin or sitting beside the RV drinking a beer at dusk, taking in that magnificent view!
My second favorite attribute is its location. It is far enough outside civilization to provide solitude, but close enough to Beatty, Chiloquin, and Highway 97 to make the logistics of living remote easy.
Lastly, as an outdoorsman, this is a great deer camp given its proximity to national forest lands. Also, the ability to fish the Williamson and Sprague Rivers, as well as the many creeks, and Upper Klamath/Agency Lakes in a single day is unreal!
I'd love to see this property end up with someone who will appreciate it and take advantage of everything she has to give.
