This property is about 20 miles North of Montello.
Montello is the nearest town and has most services such as a Post Office, Gas and Grocery, Motel, and a couple Café/Bar and Grill.
The best way to get to the property is using Wilkins/Montello Road. After traveling north 7 miles from SR233 take the left hand split and travel about 7 more miles. You will come to a gate at the north end of 12 Mile Canyon Road. This road is maintained by Gamble Ranch but it goes through BLM Land and public access is allowed. At the beginning of the 12 mile Canyon Road you will pass over a stream. These roads are easily passable by any vehicle.
About 6 miles on 12 Mile Canyon Road you will cross the Pipeline Road. The Pipeline Road crosses a ravine so you need to cut north to cross the ravine before heading West on Pipeline Road.
