This property is approximately 25 miles southwest of Elko and about 15 miles west of Spring Creek.
The lot is just a couple miles from South Fork Reservoir where you can experience hunting, boating, swimming, fishing and hiking (http://parks.nv.gov/parks/south-fork).
It takes about 10 minutes to reach the reservoir!

There are several established homes nearby but no direct neighbor. The neighbors are at least a 1/3 mile away on both the north and south and there are no neighbors to the east and west.
Once leaving Hwy 228 the road is paved and it continues to be paved as you meander around the edges of the reservoir. At the west end of the reservoir the pavement ends but the road to the property is county maintained and in very good condition. Cars can easily travel this gravel road.
It is my understanding that Elko County does snow removal for all of the South Fork roads.
There are several trails to be explored either by ATV, UTV or even Jeeps and pickups.
Wildlife is abundant in this area because of the closeness of water. As the crow flies, you are probably less than a 1/2 mile from the reservoir.
The vegetation is primarily sagebrush and other native High desert vegetation.
