US Navy (active duty), going through Land Geek Flight School, getting ready to retire in a few years. Drawn to raw land investing as a means of establishing passive income, as well as something to pass down to the next generation.
My desire is to provide value to everyone who I deal with: value to a buyer as well as to a seller. In providing value, and communicating to others the value that they bring, all parties have to the ability to build their capital. When one capitilizes, all capitalize! God's blessings!
