Cody and Gaby are awesome. They respond quickly to emails and answered every question we had. They make it easy to make payments on the land and their prices are affordable. We would definitely work with them again in the future.
Everything start to finish was easy as pie. They both were very quick and made any issue simple to deal with.

I had shopped around for several months when I happened across SW Lands. I was so pleasantly surprised at their kind customer service. I highly recommend SW Lands to everyone.I’m currently buying a lot in Nevada from SW lands, and I couldn’t be more happy with their payment plan. Also, their early pay-off discounts are really good, I will be taking advantage of that discount, hopefully soon. I have not come accross other sellers who offer early pay-off discounts.

Cody and Gaby make my owner financing agreement fast and affordable and even let you buy for less if you pay the land on the first 6 months. I buy 2 different lots in Elko, Nevada and I was able to travel and see the property. They respond quickly to emails and answered all my questions. I will definitely recommend it.

Absolutely satisfied with the property the ad said a 4x4 was required lol well if you have a husband like mine 4x4ing in a minivan is no problem absolutely amazing landscape there is in fact a running spring along side the property with stunning views of the valley below

They really are The best people to get your land from! They have helped me buy my first property, then switch to a much larger property, and they are really great about all the questions I’ve had. If it weren’t for them, I probably wouldn’t have been able to get any land at all.
