A Bit About Us
We are 2 real estate partners with several real estate businesses. TJ Sayers and Jason Lesueur joined forces in the Birmingham, Alabama real estate market in 2014. Since that time we have bought, sold, rehabbed, flipped, rented, owner financed, and wholesaled hundreds of houses and apartment buildings in the are. Most recently we have created SimplyLand, a company that purchases raw and vacant land at a discount all across the USA and then offers the land for sale on owner financed terms. This helps those who would otherwise not be able to own their land (banks typically will not finance low cost vacant land). We strive to make the land buying process simple for the common person! But, that’s just what we do… NOT WHO WE ARE.
So, who are we then?
We are Christians. What that means is that we follow Christ and the teachings of the Christian Bible. We try our very best to glorify our God in all we do, especially in how we run our businesses. “People over Profits” is more than just a slogan to us, we strive to treat all of our clients with a love and respect that pleases Him. But I must be honest, we sometimes make mistakes. When we do make a mistake we will own up to it and do our best to make things right.

We’ve honed our proprietary marketing systems over the last few years and now have a consistent stream of deeply discounted properties, foreclosure properties, distressed properties, and other types of real estate.
In the end, we’ve invested tens of thousands of dollars into refining our marketing systems to what they are today. You benefit from that by letting us find great deals and sending them your way.
