From the very beginning and the very first communication, Derrick was awesome to work with the process to get signed up to buy a property is very simple and he shows you great pictures of the property and gives you all the legal information that you’ll need also and is willing to tell you a little bit about the area you’re interested in moving to so I highly recommend Derrick for the buying a properties

My wife and I have searched for many years for the perfect parcel in central Oregon. On our hunt, we happened upon Derek’s property’s. We were pleasantly surprised to learn that he had many parcels, and we quickly found the one for us. His website is easy to use, and the YouTube property tours are extremely helpful and fun. Derek was also great throughout the process. He is helpful and knowledgeable. This was definitely the easiest property purchase we’ve ever made.

So, i found him on fb marletplace. I originally was tryna get a 6.6 acre land but in the end ended up getting a little more. He helped me through ebery step and made sure i was actually followint through. He made sure that this is what i wanted, nd for that i say thank you. At first i thought it was a scam, but i decided to stick to my guns nd it payed off. Hes a genuin guy sellin cheap ass properties. Yall can trust em, hes helpful and great.
