After being in a situation in Florida from severe hurricanes we came to New Mexico with nothing. Found Mark Render on marketplace. Wasn't sure how this was going to work with so many scams out there but Mark was prepared for every Question and had every answer. Paperwork at the ready. He so blessed my wife and I. We now have 5 acres in our name and a life we can rebuild. We couldn't of done this without you Mark! Thank you for everything!

My friend and myself were so Leary and scams going on and Mark was so transparent you either believe or you don’t. His not being bugged by 152 questions was so great. His love for his dog hands down was a plus. I hope Hazel gets a “pardon the pun” a bird dog! He didn’t mind sending us stuff and going over different projects he had going on. I definitely be forwarding his info and look forward to purchasing future properties from him. The deals are always basically you’d be dumb to pass up. Ty again Mark Awesomeness Render and his sidekick Hazel.

Mr. Mark was really helpful, all the information that we requested was delivered quickly and efficiently. He even answered all our text messages, emails and phone calls on Easter Sunday. We spoke with him about purchasing on Sunday and closed the deal on Tuesday.Thanks for everything.
