I had an very good experience financing land with Gregg. I searched for the right Costilla County property and at the price-point that we could afford. From speaking, texting and emailing Gregg, I am absolutely 100 % positive that we are going to have a great land ownership experience. If I thought for one second that this was not a good deal or that it would not end well, I would never have signedcommitted to land ownership.We own a townhome but now I can say, and I have, I invested in 5 acres in South Central Colorado. On-grid, off-grid, who cares, the plans that I have for building on the property are half the fun. Log cabin? Modular home? First off, I was out of my element to say the least, not knowing a lot about how buying property in different parts of the country. After reaching out and talking to Mr. Gregg at Mark enterprises my attitude changed. He helped me with all my questions and has answered or returned every phone call. As a first time land buyer I was obviously nervous, but Gregg put me at ease. He made it super easy to purchase the land that I wanted at a great price. The contract was straight forward and super easy to get through. All and all very happy with my experience.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. This was my first time purchasing a property, and the process was very smooth. Greg and his team were able to answer all my questions and guide me through the process I went in feeling very comfortable about my decision.They did what they said they were going to do, and even followed up with me to make sure all was well. I will undoubtedly repurchase property from Mark Enterprise LLC.
