Land Joy and Johnathan were very professional and straight forward, Johnathan had all the answers to my questions and has responded promptly, politely and professionally to any follow up questions I had, I would highly recommend Land Joy to anyone in search of a nice little piece of property. I look forward to a possible second purchase from Johnathan and Land Joy if they ever have a Tennessee lit available. Great experience, looking forward to my final outcome.
