Our names are Michael Zaino and Jeff Akstin. We are long- time residents in New England.
We are also long time friends. Combined we have over 50 years as professional Fire Fighters, We are both married and have been blessed with wonderful families. We started getting interested in buying and selling land approximately 10 years ago and thoroughly enjoy the time we have spent learning and growing our business. We have completed Thousands of purchases and sales with 100% satisfaction. We take pride in our work ethic and the honesty and integrity that is put forward with each transaction. Our goal is to be able to incorporate a seamless process to assist sellers and provide opportunities for buyers to purchase a parcel, multiple parcels, or acreage to accomplish their needs. There is always a story behind why one is selling and why one is buying and being able to seek out the sellers and buyers is not a bad way to spend our days away from the fire department.
