My wife and I were looking for land to prepare for our golden years. We needed property which would fit her ailments. After speaking with Sid, he answered our concerns about Arizona land explaining the differences in the elevations around Phoenix and the property he presented to us. He also explained the HOAs, POAs, and the properties which truly were free from all of that. He was very informative and easy to work with. Also, and most important, he is so very honest. We put in our request on our property literally the day he looked at the area and saw the values had went up. The next day his prices did increase to match the market, but he kept ours at the original value because of the timing of our request. He honored the original posting with absolutely no complaints or trying to get the higher rates. This young man's values is getting rarer and rarer to find.

I must admit, at first I thought this was too good to be true. After talking with Sid and doing some homework, I decided to give it a go. Sid has been very helpful along the way. He has answered all of my inquiries. He has both answered my calls, and returned my calls. Every email has been responded to in a timely manner. The company is 100 percent legitimate. After getting set up on GeekPay, I am able to see all money transactions involved with making monthly payments. Sid was very helpful in getting this set up and was able to answer all questions.

Contacted Sid and purchased the land the same day. He was pleasant and very knowledgeable. I had many questions, as I had purchased land from other companies online. Mr. Christensen was and is very easy to get along and communicatewith. We had a few laughs. He was all to willing to answer questions, lots of questions. He even had patients with me as I went through the contract, which he did not mind at all. The process was simple, not a whole lot of paper work. He was upfront about all cost which I very much appreciated.

I just want to o say I travel for 4 days to see my property for my birthday and it's amazing I want to view the travel from California to Az and it's beautiful. My land is beautiful and I appreciate HcL so much for the opportunity to own.

I've always had a dream to own a piece of land I can call my own. But I was skeptical about online purchases. Thought I'd get scammed. Boy was I wrong!!! Sid Christianson answered all my questions and was very patient with me. He walked me through it step by step. And I can't thank him enough. HCL Holdings is a great place to buy land. They had land in my chosen area at a fair price. Sid's communication is exemplary. I have asked every question that can be asked and Sid always answers. HCL is a family business and I wish them well in their land sales. They are honest, not scammers. Very refreshing these days.
